Armed Revolution! Part III: “Taking out the Comms”

Are physical intimidation by union thugs and the political elite’s public maligning of ordinary citizens merely a harbinger of things to come?

After writing my first post on armed revolution, many people warned me to back off. Some are insistent I’m now on a watch list above the Top Secret level, while others contemplate even more drastic “federal” actions against me in the coming days. The specter of hovering black helicopters, warrantless searches, and being whisked away into the night (for resettlement at a secret Obama Internment Camp) have all been shared with me over the past few days. Paranoia or reality? Fantasy or fact? Are the warnings a surreal reality that reflects greater insight than I possess into the inner-machinations of the Obama administration? I suppose if I don’t post an article for a few days, we’ll know.

If the situation is really as bad as some have opined, then it’s more important than ever to exercise my First Amendment right to free speech.

Although some have thought my original post a near primer on armed revolution, it hardly classifies as such. It was little more than a hypothetical scenario painted with very broad brush strokes. Some of those who commented on the post made this very clear. Therefore, perhaps it is apropos to be more pointed than in my original post and my last installment in the series.

Communists and Communications

There is little doubt that the far-left has hijacked the Obama administration. Not that such a hijacking was difficult, considering Obama’s far-left voting record, domestic terrorist associations, and radical Chicago-thug alliances and allegiances. Glenn Beck has “outed” Obama’s “Green Czar” as an admitted radical Communist, and nearly every conservative pundit has addressed the totalitarian methods the administration employed since coming to power. The analogies between Obama (as well as his supporters in ACORN, MoveOn, Pelosi, Reid, the Democrats, mainstream media, etc.) and Hitler’s National Socialists are unmistakable. On this point I must agree with the most strident opponents of this administration: Obama and his methods are totalitarian and becoming more so every day.

Therefore, if Americans must resort to armed revolution, then it behooves Americans to know the tyrants’ weaknesses.

Hopefully we will not see blood spilled — but there is no guarantee that this “last resort” won’t be exercised out of necessity. However, if blood must be spilled, let the blood of tyrants and their lackeys flow like a river, while the blood loss of loyal, patriotic, God-fearing Americans be but a spot by comparison. Furthermore, let the blame for the bloodletting be firmly affixed to those who have trampled on the people’s “inalienable rights” and left the citizenry no option but to forcefully restore government of the people, by the people, and for the people. For ultimately, the inalienable rights our Founding Fathers wrote of flow from God, not from man. As AWR Hawkins notes, “In a democracy, rights ultimately flow from the majority, and every right — from keeping and bearing arms to possessing private property — is recallable if the party in the majority so decides. In the constitutional republic that our Founders intended America to be, rights are seen as coming from God and because of this, are unassailable by government (regardless of which party is in the majority).“

Communication Infrastructure

The federal government’s communications infrastructure is massive. From land lines with redundant systems to satellites capable of encrypting messages in short bursts, there are many ways for the “feds” to communicate. In recent history, good intelligence and robust communication assets have greatly contributed to American domination of the battlespace. For an armed revolution to be successful, these “assets” must be neutralized to the greatest degree possible.

One of the non-military assets the federal government employs 24/7 is the NSA’s capabilities. Among other things, the NSA tracks cell-phone conversations. The NSA’s employees write ingenious algorithms to protect our right to privacy, while simultaneously keeping “watch” on those foreign entities that seek to do us harm. Although the current modus operandi is to protect the privacy of America’s citizenry, the recent introduction of a bill to seize control of the internet and harvest comments from Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, etc. (that include references to the administration) is more than disconcerting — it’s scary.

The NSA would have to go.

Since the NSA’s systems can easily be altered to enable spying on American citizens, the NSA would have to go. Although the primary facilities are heavily guarded, there are locations throughout the country that are not as secure. Regardless of difficulty, the neutralizing of this strategic asset is vital to any hope of success.

The Generals

As I noted in my original post, it is difficult to know whether the nation’s military and its senior officers would obey the orders of a man the people had deemed an anti-Constitutional tyrant. These officers have taken an oath to defend the Constitution and their loyalty is supposed to be to the ideals expressed therein by the Founding Fathers, not a man. Yes, these officers are to obey the orders of civilian authority. However, the universality of this duty is tempered with being duty-bound to disobey an illegal order, and no tyrant is to be obeyed, regardless of how he initially came to power. For some of these military leaders, there would be no crisis of conscience; they are political hacks and dishonorable men. In other words, the kind of man the left loves. Others have already made their decision, while still others would have a crisis of conscience.

Taking out the Comms

Besides the necessity to take out the NSA’s capabilities, there are two other high-value targets that would deserve attention. First, the admitted Communists and illegal “czars” in the administration would need to be taken out of the equation. Both groups are unconstitutional and are leading the charge into the abyss. Secondly, the critical communication nodes must be neutralized. The loss of communication impacts the federal government’s response far more than it does the people’s. Lastly, as noted in the original post, the militia groups that garner so much of the government’s attention are not the threat the hysterical left and paranoids within the LEO community make them out to be. The real threat to peace and the country is the arrogant and “politburo” behavior of those who claim to represent the people, and the people are pissed.
