Nothing Morally Wrong is Politically Right

It’s just “crap”: Bailouts and Church

Whether it’s the ongoing bailout of financial mismanagement or the proffered reason for The Obamination and his family not attending church, it’s always a load of crap.

Answering the “why” question for Barack and his family not attending church, an aide said: “”Because they have a great deal of respect for places of worship, they do not want to draw unwelcome or inappropriate attention to a church not used to the attention their attendance would draw.”

Really? Didn’t Obama say he didn’t pay any attention to Jeremiah Wright’s anti-American railings in church? Perhaps this is the real reason Obama and his family are not attending church. I mean, why bother continuing the facade if you don’t really believe in Christ’s salvific work on the cross and you’ve already won the election? Moreover, how is it even Bill Clinton could attend church upon becoming president-elect but Obama cannot? Granted, Clinton attending church was always a load of crap, but aren’t we seeing more of “Obama as Messiah” drivel that surrounded his campaign?

And, as The Obamination already backs off from taxing the rich (his friends?), we certainly don’t have to worry about Obama asking for any sin-tax increases (or The Govenator of a bankrupt California for that matter).

Meantime, Washington and the “we don’t need no oversight” nitwits continue committing tax-payer money to the bailout of every politician’s best buddy–the rich.

Besides the rich not needing to worry, it seems Americans don’t need to worry about the mainstream media providing us any semblance of the truth, as Chris Matthews can’t bring himself to pitch any hard-balls. Of course, when you think you’re in the presence of “The Messiah” (“I’ve never seen anything like this. This is bigger than Kennedy. [Obama] comes along, and he seems to have the answers. This is the New Testament. This is surprising.”) why would you bother asking the tough questions? At least the Pharisees (rightly or wrongly) asked the tough questions. Perhaps Matthews could learn from Nicodemus!
