The Specter of Death: Will the MSM destroy America and do most American Jews now “hate” Israel?
One can understand an enemy’s hatred of our country, but the same hate, by an American institution’s guaranteed existence by the blood of our country’s sons and daughters, is not only impossible to fathom, it is intolerable.
The overarching issue this time is not about the blatant spin, lies, and manipulation of the news; it’s the refusal to report on a subject that directly impacts the election and the very existence of an American ally!
The question is this: Does the LA Times have a videotape of Barack Obama saying, “Israel has no God-given right to occupy Palestine” plus there’s been “genocide against the Palestinian people by Israelis”?
Meantime, the LA TImes has the audacity to run a front-page story on borrowers allegedly being kept in the dark as the editors simultaneously keep Americans in the dark concerning the videotape the paper admits is in their possession!
Hypocrisy? NO! It’s deliberate manipulation of the country’s political system! Americans have a right to know if its candidates are being truthful–PERIOD.
Moreover, given the great support Israel enjoys by many Americans, this is an outrage.
So, where’s the Anti-defamation League? Southern Poverty Law Center? Jewish organizations that support Israel? And what about American Jewry in general? Why aren’t ALL of these groups screaming from the roof tops calling for the tape’s release?
Answer: Agenda, agenda, agenda.
Nothing, and I mean NOTHING, must get in the way of their “anointed one” taking the reins of power.
Fortunately, Tito the Builder has it right. The mainstream media does think Americans are stupid, but he asks the liberal Alan Colmes a very pointed question: “How come [the LA Times] wants to keep it away from us?“
And though the LA Times continues down the road of election manipulation with respect to the 2003 Obama-Khalidi tape, we can see from this 2007 tape what Khalidi thinks. Is this a man an American presidential candidate should embrace?
Hell no!
As Vladimir Lenin said, “The goal of socialism is communism,” and the LA Times is sanctioning not only the future destruction of America and Israel, but the man who is intent on socialism and its redistribution of the country’s wealth. One can only wonder if the LA Time’s own financial crisis (of its own making, I might add) is driving a lust to become the West Coast outlet of Obama’s “American Pravda.”
Whether this is the editorial staff’s closet thinking or not pales in comparison to what the LA TImes editors are knowingly doing: Concealing vital information from American voters. In essence, the LA Times is manipulating an election on behalf of a man who embraces terroristic apologists like Khalidi.
So what’s the solution if the LA Times continues in its Pravdan ways?
Take a cue from the left itself–VOTE TWICE!

We have supported Israel for so long and I’ve always wondered why. Is it because of the powerful Israel lobby? Do you know how many billions of dollars a year we give to Israel? Have we ever tried to listen to the Palestinians side of the story? If your only reasoning is because Palestinians are muslims. A lot of Palestinians are Christians. Americans are hated all over the world because of our stand.
RepRep,
Although I understand the viewpoint you’ve articulated, at the end of the day, Israel is our only ally in the Middle East. Furthermore, the viewpoint ignores the following historic facts:
-There is no such thing as a “Palestinian” (the so-called contemporary Palestinians are the progeny of guest workers in what was formally the British mandate of “Palestine”)
-All other “pure bred” Middle East countries froze out the so-called Palestinians after Israel won the 1948 war (the “Palestinians” are, in essence, persona non grata in other Arabic lands, which is why so many live in refugee camps versus assimilating into other Arabic countries)
-the “Palestinian Issue” is merely a leveraging of global politics to achieve what Israel’s neighbors have desired since 1948: Israel’s destruction
Moreover, since the so-called “Palestinians” joined the neighboring countries seeking Israel’s destruction in 1948 and have not renounced the destruction of Israel as part of the their stated foundational doctrine, the “Palestinian Plight” invokes no sympathy from many.
When the “Palestinians” renounce the destruction of Israel and are willing to co-exist with the Jews and recognize Israel’s right to exist, then those who do not sympathize with the enemies of Israel can cease their support of killing terrorists masquerading as a separate ethnic entity.
